Patricia de Lille, Minister of Tourism of South Africa claimed huge potential of MICE between India and South Africa. “South Africa is a leading destination for MICE events in the continent. We earned $6.6 billion from MICE in 2023. The numbers highlight the segment’s potential. There is substantial MICE opportunity between India and South Africa. We actively promote South Africa for business events and seek collaborative ventures between the two countries,” the minister emphasised.
