Running from 8th August, “Malgudi Days” is more than just a food festival — it’s an evocative experience that blends the charm of South India with an array of delicacies from Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, and Kerala. Guests can expect an indulgent spread of classic dishes such as Chettinad Chicken, Malabar Prawn Curry, Pesarattu, Mutton Sukka, Vegetable Stew with Appam, and traditional sweets like Mysore Pak and Payasam.
The ambiance of KAVA will be transformed to echo the essence of Malgudi — warm, rustic,
and timeless — recreating the homely feel of a South Indian village. The culinary team has
meticulously designed the menu to showcase age-old recipes and regional specialties using
