He has been recognized as one of the 100 most influential people in the events industry and honoured by Marriott Hotels as the Leader of National Sales. Starwood Hotels awarded him the Gold Star Award, and he was also recognized for his outstanding contributions to tourism by the Outbound Tour Operators Association of India.
