The latest Global Quarterly Trend Report from FCM Consulting indicates a steady increase in business travel during Q1-2024, expected to persist in Q2-2024. The report showed that on average, globally, ticket prices in the economy were 11 per cent above the same month in 2019 before COVID. But encouragingly, flight costs in the same class had dropped 16 per cent compared to January 2021.
