Karnataka is gearing up to unlock its full potential in the MICE sector. Mohamed Farouk, Director, Ministry of Tourism, Bengaluru, Government of India, said, “Karnataka government is establishing a state-specific Karnataka International Travel Bureau, modelled after the framework of MOT’s ICPB, to boost MICE tourism. To further enhance this initiative, the state government should participate in prominent global MICE events to attract more business.”
