Mayfair Hotels & Resorts plans to construct a premium resort and convention centre at Annavaram village, near Visakhapatnam. The centre will be located near the upcoming airport in Bhogapuram. Government of Andhra Pradesh cleared allotment of land on lease basis for the construction. The first phase of construction is scheduled for completion in 2027. Over ₹400 crore will be invested in the project.
