The largest M!CE conference centre in India, which can accommodate over 11,000 delegates, was recently opened by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Phase I of the India International Convention & Expo Centre known as Yashobhoomi, was inaugurated. The largest M!CE facility in the world, Yashobhoomi was built at a cost of ₹5,400 crore. There are 15 convention rooms in it. It contains a huge ballroom and about 13 conference rooms spread out across eight stories. There are around 6,000 seats available in the conference centre’s plenary hall. The grand ballroom facility features an enlarged open space with seating for 500 individuals and can accommodate about 2,500 visitors.
