The Tivoli Hotel, Chattarpur, achieves the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India’s Five-Star Certification, marking a significant milestone for the Tivoli Hospitality Group. Awarded within a year of the property’s launch, the certification reflects the group’s commitment to delivering high-quality guest experiences, operational excellence and premium service standards. The announcement is welcomed by the organisation as an important achievement supporting its expansion strategy across North India.

The Tivoli Hotel meets the Ministry of Tourism’s five-star classification requirements across accommodation quality, guest facilities, safety and hygiene, dining options, trained staff and service delivery. The rating also reflects the hotel’s infrastructure standards, including rooms, front-office and concierge services, modern amenities, security systems and F&B offerings.

Dining experiences include Zuun with its Pan-Asian menu, Blue Grotto specialising in Mediterranean-inspired poolside cuisine and Aria offering global all-day dining.
