The Seoul Metropolitan Government has announced an investment of US $6.74 million to enhance its M!CE industry. This represents a 16.8 percent increase from the previous year’s allocation. This endeavour seeks to raise Seoul’s status as a top-tier venue for significant exhibitions and global conferences, placing the city on the same level as distinguished event hubs such as CES in Las Vegas and the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland. Seoul will focus on securing medium to large-scale events with attendance exceeding 3,000 participants, including at least 1,000 international attendees.
