Work travel is shifting fast. According to GBTA’s October 2025 poll, 39 per cent of travel buyers see a rise in linked multi-destination trips. 33 per cent report longer trip durations, while 32 per cent say day trips are declining. GBTA’s earlier 2024 poll showed similar direction: more linked trips, longer stays, and fewer day trips than 2023.
