India welcomed 9.95 million foreign tourists in 2024, with 10.52 per cent visiting for business purposes, according to the Ministry of Tourism. Of the 4.28 million arrivals from the Asia-Pacific region, 10.35 per cent travelled for business, while in case of European market, 14.48 per cent of of 2.66 million visitors to India arrived for business engagements.
