American Express’ Amex Trendex report has indicated that 70 per cent of companies are utilising traditional AI and new technology for managing business travel aspects. The report was based on responses from 501 individuals responsible for overseeing their company’s business travel programmes. According to report, 40 per cent of respondents claimed they use AI to ensure that employee costs follow business guidelines. A little more than two-thirds of survey participants stated safety and security was their main worry when using AI solutions for business travel. The poll was conducted over a week in mid-July.
