The Saudi Arabia events industry is projected to reach $17.6 billion by 2031, registering a CAGR of 8.7 per cent from 2022 to 2031, a research report by AMR has indicated. According to the report, the sports segment was the highest contributor to the market in 2021 and is expected to grow at a CAGR of 8.2 per cent during the forecast period. By age group, the 21-40 years segment was the highest contributor to the market, with $489.8 billion in 2021, and is expected to grow at a CAGR of 9.7 per cent during the forecast period.
