The Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre has reported a 13 per cent growth in its exhibition segment compared to 2022, with 53 trade shows and 1.4 million exhibition visitors taking up space at the 33,000 sqm facility this year. “We are delighted to see the growth in our exhibitions segment and it is a reassuring sign that trade shows are important business and marketing components of an organization. It is motivating and heartening to see the resilience of the exhibitions industry in its strong comeback, with higher demand and offering more value to exhibitors and visitors alike. Trade shows are the real marketplace where commerce is facilitated and connections are fostered and this year’s GED theme captures this perfectly,” said John Burke, General Manager, Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre.
