There was a unanimous consensus that Amritsar could be marketed as a distinctive and specialised brand for exotic and boutique weddings. On the initial day of this three-day initiative aimed at enhancing tourism within the state, the session highlighted the deep link between Amritsar’s rich religious and cultural legacy and its increasing appeal as a favoured option for hosting destination weddings and events.
