The Bahrain Tourism and Exhibitions Authority (BTEA) has launched a new MICE support scheme to boost the growth of the business events sector. The initiative offers visa support, airport assistance, cultural activities, and tours to enhance the planning and execution of successful events. The support is categorised based on the number of pax and nights spent in Bahrain. The new MICE scheme aims to elevate the quality and competitiveness of MICE offerings, attract international business travellers, and drive economic growth in the region.
